Definition:
  1. The useful floor space per occupant stands for the useful floor space within occupied dwellings in square meters divided by the number of occupants in dwellings. Useful floor space implies the summary of the floor space of all habitable and ancillary rooms, including kitchen. In cases where the dwelling consists of only one room (studio apartment) its floor space is included in the useful floor space only if it reaches minimal size in square meters.
