Definition:
  1. A visit (contact) is a set of all procedures made when treating a natural person in an outpatient care establishment during a single patient’s visit. A contact with a patient in order to make administrative work (to write out a medical prescription, to confirm a certificate, etc.) is also considered to be a visit (contact). Procedures are performed by a physician/practitioner or by a nurse according to a physician’s instructions. The number of contacts includes consultations over the phone and electronic consultations and also a doctor's visit to the patient's home.
