Definition of item:

Domestic animals of the species Bos taurus (cattle), Bubalus bubalis (buffalo), including hybrids (Beefalo) and genus Bison spp. (bison).
Domestic animals of the subspecies Sus scrofa domestica (domestic pig).
Domestic animals of the species Ovis aries (domestic sheep).
Domestic animals of the subspecies Capra aegagrus hircus (domestic goat).
Domestic birds of the species Gallus gallus (chickens, of which laying hens and broilers, only), the genus Meleagris spp.(turkey), the genus Anas spp. (duck), the species Cairina moschata (Muscovy duck), and the subspecies Anser anser domesticus (goose).
