Definition of item:

"Holiday dwelling is an accommodation establishment for temporary stay of guests only in the provider's facilities (cottages, log cabins, bungalows).
Hostel for tourists is more simple accommodation establishment with a larger number of beds in accommodation rooms.
Other collective accommodation establishments are e.g. spas, recreational facilities of companies (trade unions), training centres of companies (trade unions) and other accommodation establishments with bed capacity for tourism (e.g. student residence, dormitory, company accommodation, etc.)."
