AI learns or trains on large quantities of different data. Most frequently, the data is text from the internet, books, articles, images (e.g. photographs, X-rays), sounds (e.g. human speech or music), videos or sensor data. AI technologies exist either in pure software form or as systems integrated into machines or devices that can move and make decisions autonomously.
